MLimo Hair (1992) is a textile artist from Miami, at home in Amsterdam. Silk is her dominant medium: sourcing second-hand materials, natural dying, and patch working form the base of her work. These textiles are then transformed into costumes, installations, films, and stories. She graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy with a BA in Fashion and is currently working on an Amsterdam-based architecture research project called Art Nouvhoes, among other works.
