Julia Martin received her Bachelors of Art in Film and Photography from Montana State University in 2015. After school, she worked at the Santa Fe Photographic Workshops in Santa Fe, NM, and then in photobook publishing at Aperture in New York City. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Fine Art in Photography at Arizona State University.

2015年にモンタナ州立大学で映画と写真の芸術学士号を取得。卒業後、ニューメキシコ州サンタフェのSanta Fe Photographic Workshopsで働き、その後ニューヨークのApertureでフォトブックの出版に携わる。現在、アリゾナ州立大学で写真の美術修士号取得を目指している。
