Tanya Court received her Bachelor of Crafts subsequently working as an artist for a decade creating sculptures and jewellery from found objects, running community arts workshops, and completing public art commissions. She returned to study landscape architecture, eventually teaching landscape architecture at the University of Adelaide. She now combines her interest in landscape and urban environments with her emerging ceramics practice.
工芸の学士号を取得後、アーティストとして10年間、ファウンドオブジェから彫刻やジュエリーを作り、コミュニティ・アート・ワークショップを運営し、パブリック・アートの依頼を引き受けてきた。その後、ランドスケープ・アーキテクチャーを学び、アデレード大学でランドスケープ・アーキテクチャーを教える。現在は、景観や都市環境への関心と、新たな陶芸活動を融合させている。
