I primarily work on the potter’s wheel.
The natural world inspires the vessels I create, which carry a sense of place and movement. I have spent much of my life outdoors and draw on my love of the oceans, forests, and deserts to breathe life into my pottery. Marbled clay and contrasting glazes are a feature of my work, as are traditional firing techniques that allow for distinctive designs.
At it’s heart, my art is about embracing brokenness and accepting change. I often use my work to connect with people, trading stories for pottery at events I call “Storyboards and Bartered Art”.

人生の多くを自然の中で過ごし、海、森、砂漠への愛情を陶芸に息吹として吹き込んでいる。マーブル状の粘土や対照的な釉薬が作品の特徴であり、独特のデザインを生み出す伝統的な焼成技法も取り入れている。「壊れやすさを受け入れ、変化を受け入れること」を自身の芸術の核心としている。
