Mirai Thor is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans painting, jewelry and installations. Their work focuses on intertwining ancestral connections of the past-present-future while drawing inspiration from mythology, posthumanism and dreams. Within their painting realm, Mirai takes inspiration from their culture and environment to create hybrid creatures of the past and future. As an installation artist, Mirai aims to engage in questions of heritage and history to create immersive portals that build community.
