Ash Huang (she/her) is a ceramicist from the island of O’ahu, Hawai’i. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sculpture from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and Masters of Fine Arts from Emily Carr University of Art & Design. She apprenticed under woodfire potter Clayton Amemiya in Hilo, Hawai’i and recently completed a residency at Red Lodge Clay Center, Montana.
ハワイ州オアフ島出身の陶芸家。ハワイ大学マノア校で彫刻の美術学士号を、エミリー・カー美術大学で美術修士号を取得。ハワイ島ヒロの薪窯陶芸家クレイトン・アメミヤに師事し、最近ではモンタナ州レッド・ロッジ・クレイ・センターでのレジデンスを修了した。
